A happy accident turned signature design

Bambus (Danish for Bamboo) came to life by chance. While trimming a cup, I lost focus and ended up with a shape even more beautiful than intended. Curious, I made a few more. As I stacked them to carry to the kiln, a dear friend at the studio looked at me and said, "That looks like a bamboo stalk!”. And just like that, the concept was born.

Since then, I’ve refined the design, glazes, and details staying true to my first iteration. Inspired by nature and simple, elegant forms, Bambus is a perfect reflection of my creative vision. The gently curved lip makes the cups a joy to sip from, while the bowls fit comfortably in your hands.
