Shipping

  • I offer worldwide shipping, and rates are calculated at checkout - expect delivery within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping within the UAE is a flat rate of 30 AED - expect delivery within 1–2 working days.

  • I use DHL for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Please note: If you're ordering from outside the UAE, your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping times do not include production time for made-to-order or custom items.

Returns and refunds

  • I do not accept returns or offer refunds on commissioned or customized orders, as these pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  • If an item is damaged during shipping or found to be faulty upon handover, I will provide a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact me within 14 days after having received the package with the faulty item.

  • Each piece is handmade, making every item unique and slightly different from the last. This means that slight variations and imperfections in the shape and glazes are to be expected. These variations add to the charm of owning a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece.

    Based on that, I do not accept refunds due to variations in glaze and shape. However, should your handmade piece not meet your expectations, please contact me and I will be happy to find a solution with you.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! I ship worldwide. If your country isn’t showing up at checkout or you experience any issues, please reach out and I’ll be happy to assist.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, I can update your address - just email me as soon as possible. Once a parcel is shipped, it’s in DHL’s hands.

What if my package shows up damaged?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on your location, but most international orders arrive within 7–10 working days once dispatched.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen -especially during busy times or due to customs. I’ll share your tracking number once the parcel is shipped so you can monitor its journey. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

What if my package is lost, unclaimed, or returned to sender?

If a package is returned because it wasn’t claimed or the shipping information was incorrect, I can resend it, but additional shipping costs will apply. Please double check your address when ordering to avoid any issues.

Will I have to pay customs or import tax?

Possibly. If you're located outside the UAE, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are set by your country and are not included in your order total. Unfortunately, I can’t predict or cover these charges.

Why am I paying in USD?

You might have noticed that prices are shown in USD - that’s because my website platform doesn’t support multiple currencies yet (I know, I wish it did too!). Your card will be charged based on the daily currency exchange rate.
